“Validated Nutrition changed my life & my relationship with food for the better... I didn’t go to see her with any specific ailments (no IBS, no real food sensitivities) but I have always had what I’d considered to be a disordered and mismatched relationship with food. For many years I dealt with body image issues… somewhere along the line, I stopped trusting my body to know how to fuel and nourish my body.

Talking with Valerie felt different than any practitioner I’d gone to see. Acid reflux, and so. many. food sensitivities. I just felt like my gut was a mess, and I had no idea where to start…until I found Valerie (literally I just found her from a Google Search!). I was in misery every day, and couldn’t eat anything without symptoms. I felt like doctors weren’t listening. Valerie completely turned everything upside down. I’ve never felt so comfortable with someone (especially talking about poop!), and genuinely cared for, heard & validated. Not to mention - do I live with acid reflux or food sensitivities anymore?
