​With 4 months of 1:1 support, learn how and what to eat for YOU based on evidence-based science & tailored support, and improve your relationship to food through nutritional therapy + understanding your own personal psychology.

  • - 4 Sessions (initial consultation & 3 follow-ups) following a custom "road map" outlining multiple phases to achieve set outcomes, ending with a maintenance phase.

  • Direct messaging support Mondays and Fridays for support in-between protocols

  • Access to resource library (recipes, how-tos, mindset work + a ton of other resources designed to accelerate your progress

  • Access to the client portal, food & lifestyle tracking
